Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd allots 1500 NCDs

The Debenture Issue Committee of Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd has, at its meeting held today, allotted 8.05% 1,500 Secured Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10 lakhs each aggregating to Rs. 150 crores.

Shares of GREAT EASTERN SHIPPING CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.400 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 387.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8668 in over 381 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 400 and intraday low of 388.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3423725.
