Lyka Labs Ltd approves preferential issue of 550000 warrants

The Board of directors of Lyka Labs Ltd at their meeting held today have decided to offer and issue 5,50,000 convertible warrants to Enai Trading and Investment Private Limited of promoter group on preferential basis at a price to be determined in accordance with regulation 76 of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of LYKA LABS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.55.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 53.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14117 in over 189 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 55.85 and intraday low of 54. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 775107.
