At the Board meeting of Polygenta Technologies Ltd held on 23 August 2017, the Board of Directors has decided to recommend ratification of the price of Rs.47/- at which 1,01,55,893 CCPS were allotted to PerPETual Global Technologies Limited on preferential basis on 24th February 2015. The Shareholders will consider the recommendation for ratification of the price at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
