InterGlobe Aviation Ltd approves allotment 0f 85236 Equity Shares

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd has allotted 85,236 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, to those grantees who had exercised their options under the InterGlobe Aviation Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015 in accordance with the terms set out in the scheme.
