Indiabulls Housing Finance allots 33540 shares

On August 3, 2017, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 33,540 (Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Forty only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 84,87,62,280 divided into 42,43,81,140 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1198 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1199.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41936 in over 1250 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1210.3 and intraday low of 1185.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50365900.
