Barak Valley Cements Ltd IPO receives 26.45 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Barak Valley Cements Limited closes for subscription today Thursday - November 1, 2007. The IPO opened for subscription on October 29, 2007.

The Issue has received overwhelming response from investors with a subscription of 26.45 times till 5:00 PM today (November 1). The IPO has received bids for 149683050 equity shares against the offer of 5660000 equity shares.

The Issue received bids for 57800700 shares at Cut-off price.

The company is issuing shares in the price band of Rs 37 to Rs 42 through 100% Book Building Process.
