IMP Powers Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 24, 2007 to November 30, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on November 30, 2007.
