YES Bank approves allotment of 36358 Shares pursuant to exercise of options

YES Bank Limited has allotted 36358 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each on June 23, 2017 under the Employees Stock Option Schemes.

The paid up share capital of the bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 457,45,81,320 consisting of 45,74,58,132 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 457,49,44,900 consisting of 45,74,94,490 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1436.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1452.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 116063 in over 2971 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1458 and intraday low of 1431.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 167274267.
