ICICI Bank approves proposal for fund raising

The Committee of Executive Directors of ICICI Bank at its meeting held today has approved the proposal for fund raising by way of issuance of senior unsecured long term bonds in the nature of debentures in single/multiple tranches on private placement basis.

Shares of ICICI BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.292.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 320.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 962380 in over 6132 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 295.4 and intraday low of 289.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 281953285.
