Cybermate Infotek Ltd allots 81 lakh shares

Cybermate Infotek Ltd has today received the balance full allotment money from the promoters.

The committee of directors has today allotted 81,00,000 Equity Shares upon receipt of total allotment money due from the promoters upon conversion of Equity Share warrants into Equity shares of Rs.2/- each with a premium of Rs 2.40/- per share.

The Company will take steps to submit listing application for listing and trading approval of the Equity Shares arising upon conversion of the Equity Share warrants allotted to promoters.

Shares of CYBERMATE INFOTEK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63272 in over 68 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.09 and intraday low of 3.77. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 243822.
