Victoria Mills Ltd announces resignation of Company Secretary

Mr. Dhiraj Gupta has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Victoria Mills Ltd w.e.f. June 10, 2017, due to personal reason.

Further, till the time new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is been appointed Mr. Aditya Mangaldas, Managing Director of the Company shall be Compliance Officer.

Shares of VICTORIA MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2980 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2921. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8 in over 6 trades.
