YES Bank allots 116350 shares

YES Bank has allotted 116350 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each on June 9, 2017 under various ESOP schemes.

The paid up share capital of the bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 457,34,17,820 consisting of 45,73,41,782 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 457,45,81,320 consisting of 45,74,58,132 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1486.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1478.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 346561 in over 4043 trades.
