Indiabulls Ventures Limited approves allotment of 47390000 Equity Shares

On June 6, 2017, Indiabulls Ventures Limited ('the Company') has issued and allotted an aggregate of 47,390,000 (Forty Seven Million Three Hundred Ninety Thousand) fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company, at an issue price of Rs. 94.70 (including a premium of Rs. 92.70) per equity share, to Tamarind Capital Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 881,264,804 divided into 440,632,402 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of INDIABULLS VENTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.148.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 151. The total number of shares traded during the day was 336917 in over 1850 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 152.75 and intraday low of 147.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50285946.
