Cybermate Infotek Ltd approves allotment of 11400000 warrants

The Committee of Directors of Cybermate Infotek Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Registered & Corporate Office of the Company, have approved allotment of 1,14,00,000 Equity Share Warrants convertible into equal no of Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs. 4.40 per warrant (includes premium of Rs.2.40 per warrant)
