HDFC allots 501020 shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) today i.e. on May 24, 2017 allotted 5,01,020 equity shares of Rs. 2 each under distinctive numbers from 1588877346 to 1589378365 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 317,87,56,730 consisting of 158,93,78,365 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1524.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1510.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 62109 in over 2314 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1541.4 and intraday low of 1513.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 94886212.
