RBL Bank Ltd approves allotment of 330720 Equity Shares

RBL Bank Limited has allotted 330,720 (Three Lac Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred & Twenty) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on May 23, 2017 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 375,832,303 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,758,323,030 to 376,163,023 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,761,630,230.
