Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd Board to consider Dividend for 2016-17

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd held on May 30, 2017, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.

The Board will also consider the recommendation of payment of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, if any.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 23, 2017 to June 01, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
