Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd approves allotment of shares under ESOP

The Compensation Committee of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd at its Meeting held on 22nd May, 2017 has allotted 5,250 Equity Shares of Rs. 1 /- each pursuant to exercise of options by its employees under the Texmaco Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from 21,95,71,343 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each to 21,95,76,593 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each.

The committee also approved the grant of options under the Texmaco Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014, to 1 eligible employee.

Shares of TEXMACO RAIL & ENGINEERING LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.96.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 94.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51643 in over 588 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 97.2 and intraday low of 94.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4944183.
