NIIT Ltd approves allotment of 44999 Shares

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd has allotted 44,999 (Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employee of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.

The company is in the process of completing the other formalities with respect to listing of the said shares and will file listing application along with requisite documents with the exchange shortly for seeking listing & trading approval.

Shares of NIIT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.82.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 152973 in over 1233 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 83.9 and intraday low of 80.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12642786.
