AXIS Bank allots 101200 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,01,200 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 08.05.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,29,34,728 (239,64,67,364 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,31,37,128 (239,65,68,564 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
