IDFC Bank Grants 125000 Stock Options under IDFC Bank - ESOS 2015

Pursuant to IDFC Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 ('IDFC Bank - ESOS 2015'), IDFC Bank has granted to its employees 125,000 options equivalent to 125,000 equity shares at a price of Rs.58.80 per equity share on April 24, 2017. These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall be exercisable within a period of 4 years from the date of vesting.
