Western India Shipyard Ltd to consider allotment of shares, warrants on Apr 15, 2017

The meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Western India Shipyard Ltd will be held on 15.04.2017 at 11.30 am to consider the allotment of upto 9,25,00,000 equity shares and 3,25,00,000 warrants of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 25,00,00,000/- to Bermaco Energy Limited.

As per the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all Designated Employees of the Company from 13.04.2017 to 16.04.2017 (both days inclusive).
