Capital First Ltd approves allotment of 2350 NCDs

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation on April 13, 2017, approved the allotment of 2350 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') having Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.
