The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Ltd in its meeting held on April 10, 2017 has allotted 193613 equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010.

The aforesaid shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
