Premier Synthetics Ltd seeks EGM approval for preferential issue

Premier Synthetics Ltd has approved to issue up-to 10,00,000 equity shares on Preferential Basis to Public and Directors at issue price determined under the applicable regulations and subject to approval of the stock exchange.

The Board approved the appointment of Miss. Anusha Maheshwary as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company.

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Sunny Sunil Singhi as an Additional (Non-executive) Director of the Company.

The Board also approved to open Administrative cum Sales office at Surana House, Opp. Nar- Narayan Complex, Nr. Swastik Char Rasta, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - 380009.

The Board also approved proposal to call Board meeting on April 15, 2017 for calling Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
