HDFC Bank Ltd grants Options Under Employee Stock Option Scheme - ESOS27

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the grant date of the 1,68,65,850 equity stock options of the face value of Rs. 2/- ('options') each granted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank to eligible employees at the grant price of Rs. 1433.20 is 4th April, 2017.
