POWERGRID enters into Loan Agreements with ADB

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has entered into loan agreements with Asian Development Bank (ADB) today i.e. on April 5, 2017 for an amount of US$225 million (including US$50 million as clean technology fund) for part funding of its transmission projects associated with solar power parks.

Shares of POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.194.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 196.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1237006 in over 996 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 197.8 and intraday low of 194.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 241362992.
