IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd approves allotment of 7500 NCDs

The Committee of Directors had approved on March 31, 2017, the allotment of 7,500 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (the 'Debentures') of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs. 750 Crore on a private placement basis.

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.111.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 128182 in over 1386 trades.
