YES Bank Ltd approves allotment of 3,27,11,000 Equity shares pursuant to QIP

The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of YES Bank Ltd has at its meeting held on March 31, 2017 approved the allotment of 3,27,11,000 Equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 1500 per equity share (inlcuding a premium of Rs. 1490 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 4906.65 crores.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the bank stands increased to Rs. 456,48,58,130 comprising 45,64,85,813 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1549.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1551.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 155727 in over 2966 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1557.85 and intraday low of 1535.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 239929160.
