Marico Ltd approves allotment of 1 lakh shares Under The Marico Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014

The Securities Issue Committee of the board of directors of Marico Ltd has vide a resolution passed by circular resolution today i.e. on March 29, 2017 have approved the allotment of 1 Lakh Equity Shares under the Marico Employee Stock Option Scheme,2014.

Consequent to the above, the paid up share capital of the company has increased from 129,03,71,198 equity shares of Rs. 1 each aggregating Rs. 129,03,71,198 to 129,04,71,198 equity shares of Rs. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 129,04,71,198.

Shares of MARICO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.298.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 291.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 687218 in over 2216 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 299.5 and intraday low of 289.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 200799329.
