Subros Ltd approves proposal for raising Rs. 150 crores

The Board of Directors of Subros Ltd at its meeting held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 considered and approved the proposal for issue of Secured/Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis for an amount upto Rs. 150 Crores.

The Board approved proposal for conducting Postal Ballot for seeking approval of the Shareholders of the Company for the item above.

The Board of Directors also took note of the proposed re-opening of Company's Manesar Plant today i.e. 29th March, 2017 after the fire incident which took place on 29th May, 2016.

Shares of SUBROS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.195.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 196.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3783 in over 79 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 199.35 and intraday low of 195. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 742349.
