CHD Chemicals Ltd approves allotment of Equity Shares Upon Conversion Of Warrants

Several warrant holders of preferential issue made pursuant to special resolution passed at the EGM on March 14, 2017 have applied for the conversion of some warrants into equity shares. Consequently the board of directors of the company in their meeting held today made the allotment of 12,45,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 10 each to those warrant holders.

Upon allotment of these shares, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 64540800 comprising 6454080 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
