HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment Of 2468900 Equity Shares Under ESOP

HDFC Bank Limited has allotted today 2468900 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS). The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs.5120153634 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs.5125091434 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1411.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1424.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 324752 in over 4458 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1424.85 and intraday low of 1406. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 459075896.
