Corporation Bank raises Rs. 500 crores through issue of Basel III Compliant Additional Tier-1 Bonds

Corporation Bank has raised the full amount of Rs.500 Crore of the Basel III Compliant Additional Tier-I Perpetual Bonds [Series II] and the same has been allotted by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of the Bank on 24th March 2017 to the respective Bond investors with a coupon rate of 10.28% per annum.

Shares of CORPORATION BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.48.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 179609 in over 1169 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.2 and intraday low of 46.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8678972.
