D B Corp Ltd approves allotment Of 6800 Shares Under ESOP

On March 17, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of D B Corp Ltd has allotted 6800 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 6800 stock options under DBCL-ESOS-2010 and DBCL-ESOS-2011 – Tranches 1, 3, 4 and 5 Schemes to its employees covered under the scheme.
