SRG Housing Finance Ltd approves allotment of 1687300 shares

The Board of Directors of SRG Housing Finance Ltd in their meeting held on Thursday, 16th March, 2017 which commenced at 2:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:15 P.M. at the registered office considered and approved the allotment of 16,87,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 90/- each aggregating to Rs. 15,18,57,000/- on preferential basis to non-promoters pursuant to approval of members of the Company obtained through postal ballot on March 14, 2017 and in-principle approval letter received from BSE Limited dated March 07, 2017.

The Board reappointed M/s Deepak Vijaywargey and Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the secretarial audit of FY 2016-17.

The Board reappointed M/s. Ketan & Company, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor of the company for the Internal Audit of F.Y. 2017-18.

The Board also announced the sanction of Credit Facilities of Rs. 25 Crores by LIC Housing Finance Ltd. The Board approved terms and condition and authorized officers for signing of documents.

Shares of SRG HOUSING FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.121.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 121.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29324 in over 16 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 121.6 and intraday low of 121.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3565798.
