Oracle Financial Software Services Ltd approves allotment Of 25,107 Equity Shares

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Software Services Ltd at its meeting held today allotted 25,107 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 and OFSS Stock Plan 2014.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

In this allotment, no shares are allotted to Directors of the Company. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 425,532,030.00 divided into 85,106,406 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each.

Shares of ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3934 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3919.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2115 in over 492 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3972.7 and intraday low of 3900. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8325677.
