The Committee of Executive Directors constituted by the Board of ICICI Bank Ltd is meeting on March 9, 2017 to consider, the fund raising by way of issuance of Basel III compliant unsecured subordinated perpetual Additional Tier 1 Bonds in single/multiple tranches in any currency through public / private placement.
