HDFC approves allotment Of 1196155 Equity Shares Pursuant To Exercise Of Options Under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) has approved the allotment of 1196155 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 317,42,67,070 consisting of 158,71,33,535 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
