Indiabulls Ventures Limited approves allotment Of Equity Shares on conversion of Warrants

Today i.e. March 7, 2017, Indiabulls Ventures Limited (formerly Indiabulls Securities Limited) ('the Company') has issued and allotted an aggregate 2,46,50,000 (Two Crores Forty Six Lacs Fifty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to promoter group entities, upon exercise/conversion of equivalent number of warrants, which were allotted pursuant to and in terms of shareholders' approval dated July 15, 2016. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 63,79,13,840 divided into 31,89,56,920 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of INDIABULLS SECURITIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36. The total number of shares traded during the day was 270912 in over 805 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 36.05 and intraday low of 35.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9607531.
