ICICI Bank's US$ 300 million international bond offering

ICICI Bank (NYSE: IBN), acting through its DIFC (Dubai) branch, priced an issuance of 5.5 year fixed rate notes for an aggregate principal amount of US$ 300 million. The notes were sold under the RegS format. The notes carry a coupon of 3.25% and were offered at an issue price of 99.447.
