Zenotech Laboratories Limited approves winding up of Nigeria subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Zenotech Laboratories Limited (the Company) today has approved by way of resolution by circulation, the winding up of Zenotech Laboratories Nigeria Limited, Nigeria, the subsidiary of the Company and has authorised the management to take appropriate actions for initiating the process of winding up of the subsidiary.

Shares of ZENOTECH LABORATORIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.38.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6116 in over 30 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39.4 and intraday low of 38. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 236296.
