Idea Cellular Limited approves allotment Of 1,807,859 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Limited has vide its circular resolution dated 28th February, 2017 allotted 1,807,859 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option/RSU's Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options/RSU's granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013). Further, please note that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,603,497,124 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,034,971,240 /-.
