The Committee of the Board of Hindustan Unilever Ltd in its Meeting held on February 27, 2017, has allotted 29,117 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder''s Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as "2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme", further amended vide Shareholder''s Resolution dated 23rd July, 2012 is known as "2012 HUL Performance Share Scheme."
