Archit Organosys Ltd''s rights issue to open on Mar 2, 2017

The Board of Directors of Archit Organosys Ltd at its Board Meeting held on February 22, 2017 has considered and approved the time schedule for issue of equity shares having face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 25 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 15 per equity share) on right basis to the eligible existing shareholders of the company as on the record date i.e. February 11, 2017.

The issue opens for subscription on Thursday - March 2, 2017 and closes for subscription on Thursday - March 16, 2017. The last date for receipt of request for split application forms is Thursday - March 9, 2017.
