DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 62900 Equity Shares under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 62,900 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on February 20, 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank''s issued and paid up share capital has increased to 285,115,403 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
