Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd approves allotment of 15500 Equity Shares

On February 10, 2017, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, has issued and allotted 15,500 (Fifteen Thousand and Five Hundred only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 84,75,88,870/- divided into 42,37,94,435 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.814 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 821.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 80871 in over 3677 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 830 and intraday low of 810.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 66361676.
