Vardhman Textiles Ltd approves grant of 3000 options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Vardhman Textiles Ltd in its meeting held on February 09, 2017 has approved a further grant of 3,000 Employee Stock Options to the eligible employees under Vardhman Textiles Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, exercisable into not more than 3,000 fully paid-up equity shares in the Company in aggregate of face value of INR10 (Rupees Ten) each.
