Indusind Bank Ltd approves allotment of 49520 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 49,520 (Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on February 09, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
