Sterlite Technologies Ltd approves allotment of 73587 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Ltd in its meeting held on February 08, 2017 has allotted 73587 equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010.

Further, the aforesaid shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.133 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 129482 in over 1509 trades.
